                   – Stone counters to match interior tops.
                   – Outdoor cabinets.
                   – Sink and electric.

                   – Propane BBQ mounted on a shelf & a mini fridge.

• Ground Floor Flex Room. $11,000

                  – Back wall of the garage with matching interior door & hardware.
                  – Mini-split HVAC unit to condition the space.
                  – Walls & ceiling drywall painted and trimmed.
                  – LVT plank flooring to match the rest of the unit.
                  – Ceiling lights, wall outlets and switches.

• EV Charging Hook-ups. $1,100

                  – This is for the circuit, conduit and wire.

                  – The actual charger itself typically comes from the auto manufacturer.

• LED Vanity Mirrors. $500

                  – This includes adding the electric power circuit.
                  – For 36” wide mirrors. Double for 60 or 72” mirrors.

• Heat Pump Hot Water. $1,200

                 – Upgrade from a standard electric hot water tank to a tankless heat pump unit.

                 – Lakeside units the elevator is included.
